These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and laki55 (hereinafter "laki55", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the laki55 online gaming and sports-betting platform accessible at laki55.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively, "the Service").

laki55 is an English-language online gaming platform developed specifically for Pakistani users. It offers cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino, slots and instant-game products. All account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

By accessing the Service, creating an account or placing any wager, you unconditionally confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• You accept that these Terms may be updated periodically and that continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised version.

In these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless context otherwise requires:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the laki55 Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by laki55 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age-verification process required under anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Platform" — the laki55 website, mobile interface and all associated services available at laki55.cam.
• "Stake" — the amount of real-money or bonus funds wagered in a single bet or game round.
• "Wagering Requirement / Rollover" — the total cumulative Stake amount a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "We / Us / Our" — the operator of laki55.
• "You / User" — any individual accessing or using the Service.

To register and maintain an Account on laki55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Service:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. laki55 operates an adults-only policy with no exceptions. Age is verified through the KYC process described in Section 5.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prohibits you from entering into such agreements.
• Jurisdiction: You are responsible for confirming that accessing and using the Service is not prohibited by any applicable law in your country or territory of residence. laki55 does not offer the Service in jurisdictions where doing so would be unlawful. Residents of Pakistan are reminded of the restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Identity: You may only register using your own true identity. Registration on behalf of another person, or using false personal information, is prohibited and will lead to Account termination.

To access the full range of laki55 services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. laki55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify laki55 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. laki55 reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.

laki55 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register an Account, suspend an existing Account or close an Account without providing specific reasons, where it has reasonable grounds to do so including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, breach of these Terms or failure to complete KYC verification.

laki55 is required to verify the identity and age of all Users before processing withdrawal requests. This obligation forms part of the platform's anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible-gambling commitments.

You may be requested to provide the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document dated within the past three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by laki55 may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is complete. laki55 shall not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals arising from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the laki55 Privacy Policy. Personal data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except where required for verification or legal compliance purposes.

All deposits and withdrawals on laki55 are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified. The following general conditions apply:

• Deposit Methods: Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform cashier. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar Pakistani payment context only. These institutions do not endorse laki55 or gambling services. Availability is subject to operator and payment-provider terms.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. Indicative minimums are approximately PKR 500 – PKR 1,000 depending on the method selected.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed by laki55 — they depend in part on the payment provider's own processing schedule.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. See Section 7.
• Cryptocurrency: Where cryptocurrency deposits (e.g. BTC, USDT) are available, exchange-rate fluctuations are the User's sole responsibility. Crypto deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Declined Transactions: laki55 is not liable for transactions declined by banks, mobile-wallet providers or payment processors. Users should contact their payment provider directly if a transaction is unexpectedly declined.

laki55 offers various promotional incentives to registered Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the User must place cumulative Stakes equal to the bonus amount multiplied by the stated rollover multiplier before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement obliges the User to stake a total of PKR 30,000.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When using bonus funds, the maximum permitted Stake per bet or game round is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Placing a Stake in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings without prior notice.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, sports and other categories may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Specific contribution rates are published per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering obligation expire at a defined date and time. Any uncleared bonus funds or wagering obligation outstanding at expiry will be forfeited.
• Sticky vs Non-sticky Bonuses: Sticky bonuses cannot be withdrawn; only net winnings from sticky bonus play are withdrawable once the wagering requirement is met. Non-sticky bonuses are separated from real-money funds and may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is satisfied. The applicable type is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of actual winnings accumulated. This cap is specified per promotion and is typically expressed as a PKR amount (e.g. PKR 25,000).
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one promotion may be active in a User's Account at any given time.
• laki55 Discretion: laki55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. In cases of suspected bonus abuse, laki55 may void bonus funds and withhold associated winnings pending investigation.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on laki55. Product-specific rules (e.g. specific cricket-betting market rules, live in-play settlement criteria, or individual slot-game rules) are published separately within the respective product section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: laki55 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on erroneous odds, where system errors have occurred or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Odds Changes: Sports odds are subject to change. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement confirmation. laki55 is not liable for odds changes occurring between the time you submit a bet and the time it is confirmed by the system.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g. PCB for domestic Pakistan cricket, ICC for international cricket, PSL organisers for PSL matches). laki55 is not affiliated with or endorsed by PCB, PSL, ICC or any other sports body.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where a match or event is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise does not reach its scheduled completion, in accordance with the applicable market rules.
• Errors: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to palpable errors in odds, incorrect player names or game malfunction — laki55 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund the applicable Stakes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the laki55 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of Account Balance without refund:

• Opening more than one Account (whether personally or through a third party);
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum age requirement;
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or communication malfunctions;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting ("arbing") or bonus abuse strategies in a systematic manner that violates the spirit of promotional terms;
• Chargebacks, payment fraud or any attempt to circumvent legitimate deposit and withdrawal processes;
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at laki55 staff or other Users;
• Accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the laki55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of laki55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

laki55 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without laki55's prior written consent.

The laki55 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laki55 expressly disclaims all warranties — whether express, implied or statutory — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

laki55 does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or free of other harmful components. You acknowledge that temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, laki55's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

laki55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

laki55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Gambling on laki55 is for entertainment purposes only and must never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses;
• You will not gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose;
• You will make use of the responsible-gambling tools available in your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, where appropriate;
• If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you will seek appropriate help and activate self-exclusion through laki55 support.

laki55 reserves the right to impose responsible-gambling restrictions on any Account unilaterally where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a User may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

laki55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A User has provided false or misleading information;
• laki55 suspects fraudulent, unlawful or abusive conduct;
• Required by law, regulation or a competent authority;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to laki55 or its users.

Upon Account closure for cause, laki55 may, at its discretion, withhold any Balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, verified real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting laki55 support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laki55 holds its applicable operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

laki55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, laki55 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Users via the email address on their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
